Requirements

•    Manage a team of approximately 35 people. Allocate resources effectively.
•    Coach and lead Tech 3 development.
•    Plan and coordinate training for team members.
•    Drive discipline within the team
•    Apply FLIGHT DECK principles to ensure lean operations and continuous improvement.
•    Lead problem-solving initiatives and apply APPS (Advanced Problem-Solving Strategies).
•    Collaborate with support functions to drive improvement.
•    Work with support functions like engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on production schedules and delivery timelines
•    Focus on turnaround time (TAT), defect reduction
•    Ensure adherence to Standard Work through coaching and verification.
•    React promptly to Andon signals and address issues as they arise
•    Support the Business Leader (BL) in analyzing the current situation within the area
•    Responsible for KPIs aligned to Tier 6 SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity).
•    Analyze Pareto charts and implement corrective actions within the area.
•    Report on production status during meetings, including current WIP (Work in Progress), open tasks, defects, and DRs (Defect Reports), hours booked
•    Assure safety and quality of work within the section.
•    Proactively seek to avoid potential issues and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
•    Deliver projects with a lower scope that support strategic objectives.
•    Work on shifts as required to support operational needs.
