Opis stanowiska

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for external repair services related to aircraft engine materials. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Coordinating the end-to-end purchasing process, from production disposition/work order through supplier order placement to final delivery of goods.
  • Monitoring material delivery schedules and proactively following up on delays, including escalating issues internally and externally to suppliers to expedite deliveries or identify alternative solutions.
  • Tracking supplier performance using established key performance indicators (KPIs) and partnering with the Quality team to manage supplier claims and complaints.
  • Building and maintaining strong, effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Maintaining accurate material documentation records.
  • Managing purchasing master data in SAP.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of existing procurement processes.
  • Providing administrative support for the team as needed.
Wymagania

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in material planning and/or material purchasing; experience in the aerospace industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the requirements for sourcing certified aerospace materials.
  • Good written English and reading comprehension skills; this is a mandatory requirement.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural awareness.
  • A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • A willingness to share knowledge and contribute to the team’s development.
  • Experience working with SAP will be an advantage.
