Job description
  • Perform disassembly and assembly of High Pressure Compressor (LEAP engine)
  • Conduct visual inspections of engine parts and assemblies
  • Identify damage, wear, and technical non-conformities
  • Record part details and component serial numbers in the engine register within the SAP data system
  • Initiate repair requests in accordance with the manufacturer’s documentation
  • Read, interpret, and apply Service Bulletins (SB) in daily work
  • Understand and apply Airworthiness Directives (AD) as required
  • Use specialized tools, precision measuring instruments, cranes and bridge cranes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of production activities and projects
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience using standard workshop tools and power tools
  • English level B2
  • Technical education, preferably in aviation, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
  • Experience in aircraft engine maintenance, overhaul, or servicing will be considered a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of turbine engine design, particularly LEAP engine family products
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with measuring equipment, as well as tolerance and fit principles
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to quality
  • Strong awareness of responsibility and the impact of one’s work on aviation safety.
  • Strong teamwork skills and good work organization
  • Willingness to work in shifts
