Job description
  • Perform conformance checks for aircraft engine parts, assemblies, and modules before build, test, or shipment
  • working in shifts
  • Execute Conformance Kitting activities in line with approved procedures and business requirements
  • Verify compliance with customer and manufacturer specifications, Service Bulletins (SBs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and workscope requirements
  • Validate Life Limited Parts (LLP) lives and ensure accurate status confirmation
  • Confirm serial number and part traceability in SAP
  • Ensure correct labeling, record integrity, and full documentation completion
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and related technical records
  • Conduct visual inspections and document findings accurately
  • Support quality, environmental, health, and safety system requirements in all assigned work
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational, schedule, and quality targets
  • Resolve routine issues using established procedures and sound judgment
  • Escalate non-standard issues to senior team members when outside defined procedures or policy limits
Requirements
  • Secondary or Technical School education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the aviation industry
  • Familiarity with Part-145 requirements
  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level, including technical aviation vocabulary
  • Working knowledge of Part-145 and its practical application
  • Ability to apply SB, AD, and workscope compliance checks
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong SAP skills, especially in records review, traceability, and labeling
  • Ability to manage documentation across multiple product lines
