Job description
  • Lead a team responsible for digital operations, including infrastructure, end-user support, network services, and related IT areas
  • Design, develop, implement, and support technology solutions within a geographically distributed infrastructure environment
  • Manage and execute tactical Digital Technology plans to address current operational needs and support future business requirements
  • Ensure system integrity and promote the application of IT security best practices
  • Manage global IT assets, including software licenses and full hardware lifecycle management
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance with Change Management processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Define, maintain, test, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational processes
  • Participate in the budgeting process and manage infrastructure-related investments and IT projects
  • Identify development needs within the team and ensure employees receive the right training and support to deliver effectively
  • Build and promote a positive, collaborative, respectful, and high-integrity work culture
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive sustainable process changes across the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • Strong hands-on experience in a 24/7/365 technical operations environment
  • Proven experience in infrastructure design, performance, availability, and scalability
  • Good understanding of IT security principles and best practices
  • Experience managing teams and supporting employee development
  • Ability to manage operational activities and projects in line with business strategy and customer needs
  • Knowledge of business and financial principles, including budget ownership or budget management support
  • Experience developing and managing operational standards, procedures, and service processes
  • Good understanding of Lean Six Sigma principlesGreen Belt certification will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Change-oriented mindset with a proven ability to drive improvements and support transformation
