Job description
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Take ownership of ad-hoc orders (andon) at the end of the process, ensuring timely follow-up, resolution, and alignment with operational priorities.
- Includes activity from production disposition/request through PO placement up do goods delivery.
- Ensure material delivery dates meet deadlines and when needed escalate internally within organization’s network as well as to vendor to improve or find alternative solution.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of demand requirements to actively contribute to production meetings, providing updates on engine shortages status and identifying critical parts needed for assembly.
- Coordinating the proper allocation of materials in accordance with the production plan, ensuring proper oversight, documentation, and control of parts swap process.
- Supports the continuous development of existing sourcing activities.
Requirements
- Has a can-do attitude and dynamic personality
- University degree in Logistics, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
- Previous relevant work experience (in aviation industry as a plus).
- Knowledge and understanding of certified aviation material sourcing requirements.
- Business English communication in writing / reading (must have).
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Professional working knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and intercultural awareness
- Proactivity, Customer orientation, initiative, autonomy, and creativity
- Sharing the knowledge and developing the team members skills in relevant field
