Job description
We are looking for an energetic and tech-savvy Communication Specialist who will play a key role in designing, implementing, and growing internal communication channels within our manufacturing environment. This role combines strong communication skills with the ability to manage modern digital tools.
You will collaborate closely with leadership, HR, and operations teams to ensure that employees are well-informed, engaged, and connected, while also leveraging technology to make communication more effective, measurable, and accessible.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communication & Engagement
- Develop and execute internal communication plans and campaigns
- Create clear, engaging, and impactful content for multiple channels (intranet, newsletters, email, events).
- Support leadership communication with structured messaging and visuals.
- Coordinate communication for key business initiatives, events, and change management processes.
Intranet Development & Digital Tools
- Support the implementation and roll-out of the company intranet, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Manage intranet content structure, user access, and continuous updates.
- Identify and introduce digital tools that improve communication and collaboration.
- Train employees and managers in effective use of internal communication platforms.
Measurement & Improvement
- Monitor communication effectiveness through analytics, surveys, and feedback channels.
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure alignment of communication practices with corporate brand guidelines and industry standards.
Requirements
Must-have skills & experience
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or similar role.
- Proven ability to manage both content creation and technical aspects of communication platforms.
- Experience in intranet implementation or management
- Strong writing and editing skills in both Polish and English (C1 level).
- Solid understanding of communication design principles (clarity, visual hierarchy, tone of voice).
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 tools and familiarity with content management systems.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, or similar).
- Ability to work with IT on platform customization.
- Experience with analytics tools for tracking engagement.
