Job description
  • Develop and coordinate spot checks across the organization. Driving performance both in quantity and quality of spot checks and drive reduction of repetitive findings together with responsible leaders. Introduce new spot checks/update exiting spot checks to drive continuous levels of quality and safety
  • Performs investigations on non-conformances i.e. accident, incident and technical warranty occurrences; performs root cause analysis and supports implementation of actions; takes part in hazard identification
  • Liaises with Customer Representatives on quality issues, audits and queries
  • Develops and maintains XEOS processes and process management system
  • Cooperates with other teams to identify safety issues, risk assessments and risk mitigation relevant to products
  • Liaises with Quality Manager/ Auditors to ensure compliance of processes with applicable requirements, e.g. aviation law, ISO certifications, local law, customer requirements
  • Participates in daily production meetings, in production meetings on engine induction, status and debrief to support on quality system topics, customer requirements and learnings
  • Develops and provides training to other team members on quality management concept, processes and lessons learned 
  • Prepares quality reports both as technical reports and quality trends / KPIs’ tracks, analyses and evaluates all quality data sources
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of the relevant work experience 
  • University Degree in technical field, quality management or other equivalent 
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality management systems concept, i.e. ISO9001, quality development tools and techniques, auditing, a clear benefit 
  • Experience with PFMEA, Control Plan is a plus 
  • Knowledge of aviation maintenance repair & overhaul industry, aviation law acc. EASA Part 145  
  • Business English fluent in writing / reading 
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications and SAP is an advantage 
  • Technical aptitude and orientation to maintaining a high quality output
