Job description
  • Review data provided by customer before product induction to resolve any discrepancy.
  • Update relevant data into SAP and monitor for errors. Proceed to release the data within SAP to allow for next steps of induction of the respective engine/module/components
  • Prepare package of engine documentation collected from production and engineering department that may include LLP Listing, Tracked Parts Listing, Service Bulletin Listing, components and DICA/DR Listing to be included in the engine release package. In preparation of these documents, review relevant data in SAP for discrepancy and liaise with respective sections for resolution
  • Maintain and update scanned / soft copies of the engine release package in the designated digital storage location.
  • Ensure that product release packages are archived accordingly.
  • Participate in ‘Lean’ initiative and comply to Technical Records Gate 1, 2, 3 Standard Work and relevant VSM.
  • Support any remedial actions in relation to documentation errors as assigned by Team Leader.
Requirements
  • Diploma in technical field or 3 years technical work experience in MRO environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
  • Skillful in MS application (Word, Excel).
