Facility Specialist

Job description

• Manage and coordinate the operational aspects of facility management, including the maintenance of building systems and infrastructure.
• Supervise maintenance and servicing work, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Develop and monitor budgets related to facility maintenance
• Analyze the needs regarding building infrastructure and plan actions to meet those needs.
• Manage a team of employees and collaborate with subcontractors, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare reports on the status of facilities and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company and with external service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of environmental engineering.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Knowledge of building systems and infrastructure.
• Experience in planning and budgeting projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (including Excel) and AutoCAD.
• Experience in team management and effective task delegation.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• English language proficiency at the B2 level.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
