Implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality & Safety Management System in accordance with the Regulatory Authority requirements, ISO standard, the customer, and the corporation requirements.
Development, maintenance, and improvement of Internal Quality & Safety Processes.
Monitoring of the Regulatory Authority requirements.
Conducting 1st party audits. Coordination and participation in 2nd, 3rd party audits.
Performing spot checks.
Implementation and monitoring of Corrective Actions arising from internal audits, Regulatory, Authorities’ audits, customer audits.
Obtaining of necessary Aviation Authorities/ and Certification Bodies approvals and maintenance of existing organization.
Approvals of suppliers and subcontractors, including performing on site audits.
Take a part in internal authorization process.
Conducting internal training for personnel in scope of aviation regulations and documentation of quality management system (procedures, instructions).
Supporting of the personnel within the organization regarding to the Regulatory Authority requirements.
Monitoring and reporting of quality results/ indicators.
Implementation of continuous improvement tools in daily work.
Requirements
At least 3 years of work experience in aviation environment.
Knowledge of aviation maintenance repair & overhaul industry, aviation law acc. EASA Part 145
Knowledge and understanding of quality management systems concept, i.e. ISO9001, quality development tools and techniques, a clear benefit
University Degree in technical field, quality management or other equivalent
Business English fluent in writing / reading
Experience with carrying audits is a plus
Advanced skills in MS Office applications and SAP is an advantage
Good team work and communication skills
Good analytical skills
Technical aptitude and orientation to maintaining a high quality output
Ability to multi-task work and prioritize
