Leading lectures on the construction and operation of aviation equipment
Ability to compose training materials for delivery to trainees.
Prepared to teach Part-145 training and other aviation related training courses in accordance with our processes and procedures.
Develop the skills sets of Trainee Technicians and prepare them for working in a busy production environment in an established aircraft engine facility.
Work as part of a team essential.
Work with the Site Training Leader and Training Team to continuously improve and streamline the training experience.
Identify areas for improvement.
Manage a team of Trainee Technicians on a day-to-day basis.
Plan and deliver training schedule to all staff.
Requirements
Understanding of safety principles surrounding aviation operating processes and procedures.
Preference experience in mechanics and/or aviation
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Meeting deadlines when required.
Flexible and willing to work as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to operate media equipment such as projectors and personal computers.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good language skills English (B2 level is a must)
Ability to help design effective training programs with assistance from Training Team members.
Attention to detail.
Willing to travel if required.
