Manage the process of external repair services for aircraft engine related material from purchasing perspective.
Includes activity from production disposition/request through PO placement up do goods delivery.
Ensure material delivery dates meet deadlines and when needed escalate internally within organization’s network as well as to vendor to improve or find alternative solution.
Monitors suppliers’ performance through established key performance indicators and cooperate with Quality team on handling complaints to/from vendors.
Establishing and maintaining good relationship with vendors.
Maintains material documentation records.
Maintains purchasing master data in SAP.
Supports the continuous development of existing sourcing activities.
Handles administrative - and special tasks related to the team and service.
Requirements
University degree in Logistics, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
Previous relevant work experience (in aviation industry as a plus).
Knowledge and understanding of certified aviation material sourcing requirements.
Business English communication in writing / reading (must have).
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
Professional working knowledge of SAP is a plus.
