Warehouse and Transport Specialist

Job description

• Planning and coordination of material supplies
• Control and analysis of stock levels and initiative in taking appropriate actions to maintain stocks adjusted to the level of demand
• Monitoring compliance of materials
• Placing orders to suppliers
• Coordination and tracking of order realization.
• Maintaining internal material stocks, taking care of stock monitoring and kanban system functionality
• Monitoring of proper functioning of logistics processes - using lean tools to improve quality and effectiveness
• Organization of international transportation in high quality and just-in-time
• Validation of documents necessary for transport purposes
• Placing, tracking orders and ensuring timely delivey to support company needs
• Maintenance of effective and proper relations with forwarders or their representatives - direct /remote / mail

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in logistics or planning (warehouse, transport or material planning)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fast, accurate, attention to details
• Teamwork and individual work skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both verbal and written)
• Work in high dynamics environment
• Nice to have - experience with planning and ordering consumable materials
• Nice to have - Forklift licence
• Nice to have - experience with SAP
