Junior Fixed Asset and AP accountant

Job description

• Analyzing and reconciling accounts payable ledgers
• Record in the accounting system newly acquired fixed assets by creating and supervising a system of procedures, forms and controls
• Responsible for checking equipment and invoice entry and accounting journals
• Perform analysis related to fixed assets when requested by management
• Cooperating with other departments
• Assisting in preparation of new procedures, policies and processes
• Performing month- and year- end closing activities

Requirements

• Higher education., preferable in Accounting or Finance
• Basic accounting knowledge in fixed assets field
• Excellent organization, problem solving & attention to detail skills
• SAP system knowledge nice to have
• Ability to process of large amounts of information
• Solid communications skills
• Flexible team player
• Verbal and written English
