RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Here you can find how our recruitment process works.
You will get to know what is happening from the moment your application is sent to us until we welcome you at Xeos.
Online application
Apply for the position which suits you best by sending your CV. We may ask you to attach some documents which confirm your qualifications. Feel free to add any other files, certificates etc. which cover your skills.
Review of your application
After we receive your application we will review it and evaluate if your candidacy meets our needs and position requirements.
Telephone interview
After positive evaluation of your candidacy we will contact with you and invite for a face2face interview.
Personal interview
Face2face interview gives opportunity to check if both sides of the recruitment process, candidate and the company, understands their needs and are willing to work together. This is the moment to clarify the job position and responsibilities and get to know the candidate better.
Contract offer
The recruitment process ends with submitting a job offer to the candidate who positively went through all the steps.
Onboarding
When you accept our job offer and sign all necessary documents we invite you to our onboarding process.
